In Corinth, a dying town 15 miles from Pittsburg, a Japanese businessman wanting to tear down the closed iron mills and build an amusement park, is found half dead. Bellboy Barry (Jeff Fahey) admits to have done it— in self-defense. Chief Ruhle interrogates him and many others to get through the maze of contradictory statements.
